First check: do you need one?

Citizens of some countries can enter the UAE with a visa on arrival or without a visa; duration and entry count vary by nationality. If you're eligible for visa on arrival, that is the fastest and cheapest route.

For nationalities without that entitlement, a pre-arranged tourist visa is required. Before applying we check together which category you're in and whether your passport has enough validity remaining.

Passport validity

For visa on arrival, at least six months of passport validity is usually required. For pre-arranged visas the period can be shorter. Travel rules vary by nationality and are updated — we confirm before applying.

Can you set up a business on a tourist visa?

A tourist visa carries no right to work or reside. It is fine for coming to the UAE, holding meetings, visiting zones and making a decision. Once you decide to incorporate, the residence process starts separately; many of our clients combine the two into a single trip.

Let's sort the visa.

Tell us your nationality and your dates; we'll confirm which visa applies and what it costs.
