Visas for your team
and your family.
Whether it's an employment visa for your team or a residence visa for your family, we prepare the file and follow the process.
Employment visas
- Companies can obtain entry permits for their employees; a residence application must be made within 30 days of the employee's entry into the UAE.
- The validity of an employment visa depends on where the company is registered: generally three years for free zone companies and two years for mainland companies.
- Travel arrangements for the new employee are the employer's responsibility; some airlines require an "okay to board" confirmation.
Family residence visas
If family members are outside the UAE, an entry visa is issued first; after arrival you have up to 30 days to apply for the residence stamp.
A minimum monthly income threshold applies for spouse and child sponsorship, with a lower threshold where accommodation is provided by the employer. The threshold for parents is markedly higher and suitable accommodation is required.
Documents usually required
- Completed application form
- Salary certificate or attested employment contract
- Three months of recent bank statements (new residents may submit the most recent month with a bank letter confirming salary transfer)
- Attested tenancy contract (Ejari), Emirates ID and labour card
- For spouse sponsorship, a properly attested marriage certificate
- Original passports and copies for sponsor and family members
- A medical report from an authorised provider for family members over 15
- Passport photographs per family member
Must know
For a family member's residence visa to remain valid, they must not remain outside the UAE for more than six months.
Income thresholds and document lists can be updated by authority decision. We confirm the current figures and list before applying.
