Before we speak — common questions

Is the initial consultation really free?

Yes. The first conversation, where we understand your activity and your needs, is free and commits you to nothing. It ends with a written roadmap and cost estimate.

Do I need to come to the UAE?

Most of the incorporation can be run from abroad. But the residence visa requires a medical and biometrics in the UAE, and most banks want you present to sign for a corporate account. We plan those two so they fit into a single trip.

Can I find out the total cost in advance?

Yes. Our service fees are published and repeated in your quote. Government charges and free zone licence fees vary by zone, activity and visa count, so those are shown itemised as well.

Can you take over the accounting for my existing company?

Yes. We take on accounting, VAT, payroll and compliance for companies incorporated elsewhere. Before the handover we review the state of the existing records and close any gaps first.
